xbox replacement tracking problems

Advance replacement for broken xbox one. got email today saying new console has been shipped. was given 2 different tracking numbers and link to FedEx website. Neither tracking numbers yeild any results. Anyone have any advice? Is it something that just
may take some time to get updated, or should I be concerned?

XBox One Customer Service/Console Replacement Tracking Problems

My XBox One worked for 3 weeks before no longer switching on.

I ordered a replacement through the XBox support site. Microsoft put a $530 on my credit card and emailed me a FedEx tracking # for the replacement.

The problem is that the tracking number was for a package delivered over a year ago to another person in another state!

After almost two hours on chat with MS customer service, during which they stated the console was delivered (it was not), suggesting I call Fedex (with the wrong tracking number?) and then not being able to confirm whether they actually shipped a console
or not, they said they would refer the matter to their advocacy group.

I have now been told to wait for an email as they investigate the matter. Microsoft could not provide any time estimate on when the matter would be resolved.

Has anyone else had this problem? If so, did an Xbox One replacement actually show up? How long did it take to arrive? Thanks!

Hey there Raiderphan,

I've seen this a few times in the past couple days. You can try calling in to see if they can provide you some better info on the shipping. From what I've seen though is the packages are getting shipped, just not showing up on FexEx's end correctly. I also
saw someone post they were told I would be coming on a thursday, when Xbox Staff tracked it it was due there tuesday. Hope this helps and hopefully you get your unit soon!

Definitely second what Hydro Skillet said - you might call them, or you could even wait until tonight or tomorrow morning and check the numbers again. Often I've seen FedEx and other sites can have a tracking number generated on the MS side, but nothing
will show up until a carrier actually scans the item (and even then, the systems sometimes don't update until 4 PM or so, so a tracking number's most recent changes won't show up until then.)

I actually had this issue myself when I had a couple of 360s repaired back in that gen. The tracking number for my console being sent back to me would show up WAY in advance of the time-frame they give you for repairs, but the tracking number never showed
any details until days later when the package was actually picked up.

Now the site does work. my servicexbox.com

and there it also says . Send to client. So its underway, but i dont have a track and trace.

I live in Holland. I think i need 3 track and traces
