xbox repair website and shipping label

hi yes i tried three different browsers even microsofts browser its from their end. they really need to hire people.

i still not got a shipping label its been over a week. Because of the website change everything has been broken old links no longer work. xbox support chat for hardware is not there. xbox support chat and phone not working. i still got no label
or adress to ship the device to repair. nothing on junk mail. fix your website also or revert back. please hire people and add support chat to console or on xbox phone app.

To get your Xbox serviced, simply go to
https://devicesupport.microsoft.com and register your console, if not already done so.

Then click on your console and follow the steps on the website to sign the console up for a repair.

You will then get a shipping label sent via email, and then you pack up the console, and use the shipping label to send it to the nearest repair center.

Thanks for replying to update us! When you follow the steps to request a call back as provided by XBF Leslie, if you aren't initially given the option to request a call back, then you should change the topic until the option is presented. When
you go to Contact Usto request a callback, follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----Select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----Select See other options
  
• Step 3 ----Select topic (ex. Set up my Xbox One Console)
  
• Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
  
• Step 5 ----Select request a call from support
  

The option above should give you the link you'll need.
