    Xbox repair status


    Hi all,

    This is my first post on the forum which is related to a question about the repairment of my Xbox.

    Through email I receive status updates which doesn't give any further information than item received, item processed and item send. However, I want to know whether my Xbox is repaired or what the issue was. I tried to go through all help menus, but nothing
    works as I the help tool says I can't contact Microsoft about this. Furthermore, I don't see any contact details but only ask the forum or ask chatbot. I want to know this upfront, because I really don't want a different replacing item for my Xbox since it's
    a limited edition. It worries me that the picture of the Xbox is not anymore the limited edition, but now it's a picture of the common black Xbox One X. At least I would expect that Microsoft contacted me if they want to send a replacement Xbox which isn't
    the same as the one send in.

    Does anyone know what I can do to contact Microsoft about this or how I get to know more information about the repairment? Please don't refer to the device page since it doesn't give me any further information. I also played out the help menu so this wouldn't
    help me either. Thank you in advance.

    If necessary, I'm from The Netherlands.

    For more info about your Xbox One X LE replacement, I highly recommend to contact Microsoft Support Specialist at (0)20 500 1500.

    I am sure it has been checked in. sometimes what happens is the status is not updated right away and then they update it to say it has been checked in, repaired and is being shipped out. I would wait a couple more days and you should see an update. If it
    is not updated in a couple days then I would contact support by phone.

    Xbox repair takes quite a while to send back information/ send back the xbox. For now you should just wait. Im sorry for the inconvieience. I hope I helped :)

    Thanks for the info already tried that, checked the courier and my xbox has been delivered to the label address I got sent from microsoft but it's strange that the repair status isn;t displayed on my repair page when I check it.
