Xbox repair status says delivered when not

I sent off my xbox series S controller to be repaired due to joycon drift. I've just checked the status and it says the replacement was delivered to me and now I'm worried that my controller has been lost. Can anyone help of give advice?

When did you receive the email that the controller has been shipped out to your home address?

The status page on the repair website tends to glitch and say things that are not true. Just wait for the email with the tracking code when they send it back.

For me it would glitch and say "delivered" when it was not. Other people have this problem as well.

Still no, unfortunately. Hopefully soon. Using my elite v1 at the moment but it was already falling apart when i got the v2.

Had an update just now. Not even a time frame unfortunately.

Im in a similar situation,

I sent in my Xbox One X Gears 5 Edition for a service and it was delivered Via UPS on Wed July 8th 2020 . And was received at the dock.

Ive have checked my order status on microsoft.com and it still says "ship your device to us in 30 days or your order will be cancelled"

Based on your or anyone's experience with the Repair Orders On Either Consoles or Accessories. How long does it take for the order status to reflect "Your device is at the service center" 1-2 Days? Or is it a week
?

Im unable to reach the service center where it was delivered so im left guessing if everything will go smoothly. I know a few have asked this question but since this is my first time using microsofts repair service
i really dont know what to expect.

Any Help or Thoughts are appreciated hopefully someone has an answer since micrsoft doesent let people email them. Dont look forward to the long hold times :l
