It's been 4 days.... someone give me a phone number so I can get my [Mod Removed - Inappropriate] label!

Hi Davin,

When you requested the repair, was it set up with support or online? If done with support, they should of sent you a email that you can reply to and ask for assistance. For reaching support you will need to follow guide Eladio posted or can try this one
to request a call from support.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

so you never click the link/button to receive/print the shipping label?? Maybe there will be an email in the next days, because in the last few days there have been network problems in some regions!?

A workaround could be a microsoft store in your area!
