    XBOX REPAIR SERVICE DID NOT RECIEVE MY XBOX ONE ALL DIGITAL


    OK, I really need some help....

    So, my Xbox One All-Digital 1TB began to act strangely, games started to freeze, and after a while every game got stuck in their loading screen. I could run normal apps without any issues, strangely. So I requested a repair, I sent my Xbox with the shipping
    label to the Microsoft Centre in Frankfurt, Germany. I live in The Netherlands.

    Unfortunately, via track & trace, I found out that the 'offering of my package failed', and this happened during the last stage of my shipment, and now it is being sent back to me...

    I have no idea why this happened. I checked the address in the track and trace information, it was correct. Everything seemed fine.

    I really don't know what to do... Perhaps someone could help me out?

    Did you follow all the steps in the process for getting your products repaired? because I have read through it and it states "•Attach the provided shipping label to the box and send it to our service center."

    I haven't tried to repair my xbox one but im sure they will either send you one or email you one.

    It seems that Microsoft does not service Xbox one's anymore my best bet is to take it to a repair shop. But i appreciate you trying to help me
