    Xbox Repair Request


    Ultimately I want my Xbox series X repairing as each time I play gears 5, the console will randomly turn itself off after a green screen flash.

    I have tried to start an order for a repair through this link https://account.microsoft.com/devices?refd=account.microsoft.com, however when I need to enter an address I get redirected to a page that says "Sorry, something went wrong".

    I have tried to request a call back, but I get a similar issue when I enter my mobile number: "Sorry, something went wrong on our end. We are looking in to it"

    Please can anyone help? What is the point in having a warranty if you cannot use it.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Kindly try a different browser and if possible, use a Firefox browser then sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/devices to create a repair order.

    Using a different device will do too.

    Hi Francia, thanks for getting in touch. I have tried multiple browsers (Edge, chrome and Firefox), on different devices, incognito modes and data (wifi, mobile), and unfortunately I still see the same issue.
