Xbox Repair Request Gone Wrong

Ah, good old custom Xbox Design Labs controller, right?

I had sent mine in for a repair over four months ago and have still not received it.

I was in communication with a Microsoft agent regarding my Xbox controller and they had suddenly responded to me indicating that they had quit Microsoft and that my case will be transferred to another agent. However, I'm assuming my case was not transferred
as I was not given any further updates on my controller nor any further responses.

I have attached screenshots of my communication with alleged, former, Xbox Support agent, Priscilla.

Seriously, what is wrong with Priscilla?

I also included a record of proof of delivery to Microsoft. I had also contacted another Microsoft agent and was continued
to be ignored. I was also addressed as "Mrs" and I do not know where it had indicated that I was a female, which I am not.

I have been trying to reach Xbox support for several months. Over Xbox support, no one seems to have the time to call me back, and so at the end of the day on multiple occasions, I was called back with a Microsoft Support robot telling
me that no one was able to get to my problem and that I have to try again tomorrow and request another call back, this has happened nearly 6 times.

I am beyond dissatisfied and extremely frustrated with Xbox and Microsoft support. I had spent my hard-earned moneyon a controller only to have it taken from me. I have been unable to play Xbox due to
Xbox Support and their negligence. I expect to be compensated for this as I was supposed to receive my Design Lab controller repaired quickly and hassle-free.




Matter of fact, my Design Lab controller shouldn't have been defective to begin with.

Xbox was always supposed to care about their customers, I am extremely unsatisfied.
