    xbox repair / repair request help


    Hi, i have recently received my xbox one s back from being repaired but its still having the same issues. ive tried to start another repair request to send it off again but the drop down list where i would select xbox console is only giving me the option
    of accessories. i cant do an online chat about about this issue, or get a call back or or speak to anyone at all. i dont know what to do, please help!!!!!

    I think the exchange is a refurbished console. You get that console while they fix yours. But I'm not 100% sure how that works.

    Kindly try a different browser and if possible, use a Firefox browser then sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/devices to create a repair order.

    Using a different device will do too.
