    Xbox Repair order...TWO MONTHS AGO

As far back as March I was having problems with my X Box one freezing and then doing a hard-reset cycle on on its own, among other things, and it was just a real displeasure to have to deal with. I tried for quite some time to get a repair order, as it
began happening more and more frequently, to the point where I was really unable to play the thing without it shutting down on me. These resets were taking about ten minutes for the system to complete, each time it happened. Finally, after months of discussion
that got me no where, a bunch of reference numbers that were opened for me and then closed without my knowledge upon the end of my discussion with customer service reps, I finally got an order number on June 3rd. The Repair Order # was
[Mod Removed]. They told me that I would get an email with a tracking number prior to it being shipped back. I never got said email. On the 27th or 28th of June, after not hearing anything from you guys for some time, I decided to
call to check on the status of my console. I was informed, much to my ire that it had been returned and signed for, however not to me, and not by me. At the behest of MS Customer Service, I called Fedex, and called MS back. Fedex informed me the package
had been delivered and signed for by an [Mod Removed]. That is not me. Additionally, after talking with my leasing managers here at the apartment complex, I found that there is no
[Mod Removed] even living anywhere on the premises, so the console was not delivered to the right address. The reference number for right around the time of that conversation with you guys is
[Mod Removed]. I could not get back in touch with this guy so I talked to an online Customer Service Rep, and our conversation basically went nowhere. The Reference number for that discussion is
[Mod Removed]. What I did find out later on, after I spoke with a woman named Terri, is that both of these fellas closed my tickets without actually submitting anything to the advocacy team like they said they were going to do. So I had to
have the same conversation I had been having for a month with you guys yet again. Terri Informed me that these fellas had closed my tickets, they had never been elevated, and the advocacy team was never going to be in touch with me like they had promised.
She re-escalated a new ticket for me and told me it would be a few days before I heard from anyone. I did not hear from anyone. The Reference number for that discussion is
[Mod Removed]. Unfortunately, Terri changed my email address for some reason to an old one I had on file that does not work anymore (I had told her
specifically the adelphia email address was inaccessible), so the advocacy team sent an email to the wrong address and I did not know until I called to find out that it had been CLOSED AGAIN because I had not received said
email. So I called this morning after the last girl I spoke to claimed that she had corrected these issues and that it had been re-escalated again, and that I would hear from them after nine to eleven days. I did not. The ticket was closed out again. No
one is getting in touch with me. No one seems to care that my xbox is missing, or that I paid five hundred bucks for a system I have not been able to use in four months. Not to mention I haven't had one in my residence for almost two months (will be two
months in two days.) I asked to speak for the supervisor, who made it very clear to me when he picked up the phone that he had absolutely no desire to be bothered with this. He is the first supervisor I have gotten ahold of, generally the CSR's tell me they
are all out of the office or they can't find them, which is total nonsense.

I really do not know what the hell else to do in this regard, so I am posting this here hoping there is someone at microsoft who will care enough to take this and run with it. Someone who has enough pull to make something happen for me. One need
only punch in these reference numbers to see all the crap and trash I have had to deal with from people who apparently take no pride in what they do or represent.

    :)
