Xbox repair order missing

Okay so, I'm a little confused and a bit worried. I got a repair order made on the 28th to send my Series x in for warranty service. I sent it out on the 1st and UPS sent me an email stating that it arrived at the repair center back on the 6th, I checked the status on Microsoft a couple days later and it still said it hasn't arrived. Yesterday I got an email from them saying that it has arrived at the service center and they'll be in touch with me soon, I went the check my status today and the repair order is completely gone and the devices page seems to have completely reverted back to before I aquired about getting it fixed (the the warranty info is gone as well) is this something I should be immediately worried about or should I just wait it out? Any helps appreciated, thanks!

First, welcome to the Xbox community. I suggest you wait a few more days, I believe the information will normalize, if something happens, rest assured Microsoft will contact you as it did before. Anyway, I think it's a common process that you informed, normally the return of your console will happen between 14 to 21 days, but it can vary.

Thank you for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with a missing game disc that was not returned after a console repair. Please try responding the the email you last received regarding your repair order, this email will go directly to the
agent who created the order for you. There, you can request information on the missing disc.

I dont know if the power supply unit would work on your console but you should look into buy a reliable UK to US power adapter/converter.
