    Hi,

    I purchased a Sunset Overdrive Limited Edition Xboxone a while back now, and i finally used it for the first time the other day, now i noticed that it was making a strange loud buzzing noise, so i contacted Xbox Support and went through the usual tests and
    what not before they confirmed MY console needed to be sent off for REPAIRS, so i agree to this and send my xbox away happily thinking it will be fixed and i will get it back soon, BUT, this is not what happened. instead today i received what i thought was
    my xbox but alas it wasnt mine, different serial numbers, this one had scratches and marks all over it and to top it off, there is something inside that is broken and rolling free around the xbox.

    i read the original conversation i had with the person from xbox support and no where did it say replacement, i was told repair, when i couldnt find it on my account i asked xbox to check it for me and i was told once again the repair was under way, so why
    did i get a replacement console ? and one that is so heavily damaged ? MY console was out of box for 2 days it was brand new, and now they want me to send this broken one back for another replacement, why cant i just have MY console FIXED and sent back like
    i was told originally ?

    im very very disappointed and frustrated by this, i need some answers and some help getting MY console REPAIRED and returned to me, considering how much i paid for it.

    Microsoft giving free digital games for users with broken disc drives

    I was just told this while chatting with an MS rep about a separate issue: "Every console sent in for repair will have a free 30 day Xbox Live Gold subscription after the repair. However for those with disc unreadable issue, on top of the free 30 day Xbox Live Gold subscription, they'll receive a free game token." They will email the code after the replacement XBox has shipped.

    What do you want to see on this forum?

    Maybe splitting your threads into categories for instance xbox issues, console tips & tricks, game reviews, Xbox Repair provider directory and reviews, glitches and walk throughs sorry I'm rambling now just a few thoughts

    I understand the frustration/disappointement, but I'm afraid that you will need to contact Xbox Support (again) for this issue, since, as far as I know, it's not something that can be handled by anybody in the forums.

    Hello @ll Vindras ll!

    Actually we cannot provide any directions to fix this issue. It would be better to take the console to a repair shop to prevent any further damage as it could be an internal fault.

    Here it is all most July and still no Xbox! Sent me a tracking number a week ago and fed ex says it doesn't exist! Global support called, ( while I was at work ) and left a message that they?! Had questions?! That was yesterday. No call back like they said
    they would today.Sent me an email that asked if I had received my Xbox yet. No I did not, also gave them a time to best reach me by phone. What course of action do I have now? I believe Microsoft's problem with xboxone is bigger than they want to admit.

    After the 1st month, I would have been looking to some Political groups into demanding Congress hold hearings and see exactly just what types of issues X1 has, and what M is doing about it..

    Documentation, Documentation, DOCUMENTATION. record everything. That's how you get things done!
