    Xbox repair doesn't know what they're doing.


    So I've been having an issue. I have a one X that keeps having HDMI port problems. I've sent my Xbox in for warranty. This is a 600 dollar system. Four warranties in the ten months I've owned it. Is anyone else having issues like this? The problem is is
    that the Xbox stops sending audio and video to any tv I plug it into. I've tried three different TVs with four different HDMI cables. And when I try to confront Xbox about just having the whole console replaced I get the stuttering act and the I don't have
    any power over that. Fine. Fair enough. Connect me with the repair office in el Paso Texas then. More stuttering and excuses. You really expect me to believe you guys don't communicate or have a way to communicate? Bull. But I'd love to know if others have
    been experiencing issues like this.

    That is correct, but i don't quite understand your question. If Xbox Support suggested you to send in your xbox for repairs, you should. They know what they're talking about.

    No I'm sure they've got it covered...

    Just because they know what they're doing doesn't mean I know all the details. Someone else might, so I put the question out there. Simple as that.
