Xbox repair center broke my controller

I have just gotten my Xbox one x Scorpio edition back from Microsoft and it has been fixed but when they sent it back my Controller was broken with the RB and X now stuck, They also did not return my original Xbox box back and returned it in a loose box
all wobbling about does anyone know what i should do as the Xbox support is useless.

One month without my controller...

The left stick broke on february 5th. The broken controller arrived at Xbox Repair center on february 17. I haven't received my controller back. DON'T BUY THIS CONSOLE! Its a RIPOFF, a scam! There is no help from customer service at all! I have written
about 7 e-mails and received NO RESPONSE AT ALL. Also its worthles to call customer service!

DON'T BUY THIS CONSOLE! ITS BROKEN!

Opinions From People Regarding XB Controller Stick Tension?

I'd like to put myself out there are someone more interested in repair then modification. For a normal controller I'd just replace it if it broke but an elite controller is getting into the price range where repairs might make sense.

Sorry to hear it. If you sent in an item for repair and did not receive a working one back then you'll need to arrange a call back from support. You can do this by filling out the form here

Hi, in the returns information, it states to only return the specific item, as you will possibly not get back the same item.

I returned an elite controller, kept all removable parts and packed it in an ordinary cardboard box. I got a returned one in bubble wrap and a jiffy bag.

If your Xbox needed repair, you only needed to send that back, no cables, no controller and no original packing. Chances are it is not your console, or controller. I would raise a repair for the controller.

The Bunk Plus

Any luck with this? My right bumper broke and the controller is basically unusable now (this had happened to me previously with a standard xbox one controller). The last time I tried to replace/repair a controller, they told me I the warranty did not apply
because I don't have an xbox one console to register the controller to. This is such ***...

I spent $160 on a controller that broke after 3 months of use and there's zero warranty.

There are no repairs done for the controller, only replacements.

If Xbox Support creates a repair order for the controller you'll have to pay for shipping to send your controller into the repair center.
