xbox rep flawed 'avoid me'

All i do is play is GTAv and Rainbow six siege and because I do better than some of the people i go up against or if someone in GTA tries to attack me but i beat them, I get reported so they wont have to play with me. Theyre able to report me as a type of
revenge without restrictions. Because the rep system isnt perfect I have become a victim of it and some games i cant play with friends or find lobbies.

Flawed "Avoid Me" rep system

Let me start this post off to say firstly. I have been banned from playing Overwatch for over two weeks now. Following and abiding by microsofts code of conduct. Why is this? Simply due to the broken "rep" system in place. The only games I play are overwatch
and for honor. Sadly, because someone doesn't like getting parried and beaten all match, they resort to reporting time. In order to get some sense of self worth because they can't beat someone in a video game. Not only am I running into this problem on for
honor, in overwatch I recently had 4 kids on the enemy team in COMPETETIVE play all send me messages after the game saying they're reporting me. Simply because my reputation needs work and they didn't like me killing all of them with a zarya ult and teabagging
them. Last time I checked, microsofts code of conduct says nothing about excessively pressing the crouch button. I'm sorry. It if this continues I will not be playing Xbox anymore. This problem does not occur on PC. The past two weekends for me has entirely
ruined my experience. It Would Be nice to get my rep back to normal where it should be. Any support would be greatly appreciated before I terminate my membership and affiliation with Xbox altogether.

Flawed Rep system "avoid me"

I've been reading this happens to a lot of top tier players that enemy players will report someone so that they don't play against them again. As a result i've been put into the avoid me reputation level

I've had my account for almost 10 years and never had an issue until overwatch came out and now I can't even play the game. How can this get fixed?

The Enforcement teams don't actually use the forums, so they wouldn't be able to comment on this situation. They only communicate through the

Case Review process, which wouldn't be applicable here.

To get your reputation back up again, you'll need to keep playing online games with other players and over time it will improve. Playing free to play games and MMO type games such as APB Reloaded or Neverwinter will help you match up with other users and
be able to get your reputation in the green again.

Whenever a users account gets to avoid me rep it is impossible to get it back up because it is impossible to find a matchmaking game when it is at avoid me rep.If you dont believe me try it out yourself you cant find a game when your rep hits avoid me. So
its stuck like that permanently this is a serious FLAW in the xbox ones reputation system and needs to be fixed asap. I will be calling and speaking to a supervisor until this gets reported and fixed its obviously a flaw. I see the enforcement team telling
people to play matchmaking to get it back up buts thats not possible because you cant find a game when your reps at avoid me status
