Xbox remote play doesn't work on new iPhone 14 Pro Max

The issues is still ongoing using the iPhone 14 pro max.

Exactly this. There must be an issue in the hardware that is preventing the remote connection. I hope Microsoft can figure this out soon, remote play is the primary reason I subscribe to ultimate.

To fix this, simply perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware on your console by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.
2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.
3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.
4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

After that try connecting your mobile device again to your console.

I tried that already, it didn’t work. Like I mentioned in the post, I’ve read all the help articles on xbox and have tried them. Power cycles and even restored my series x to factory settings.

i also have a question or certain questions about the remote play. i want to really understand how remote play functions like all the ins and outs. so my first question is, are you allowed to use remote play when the console is off? because i tried the opposite of that Friday and it worked but if i were to turn the console completely off am i still able to access my games and play them through the Xbox app when the system is turned off?
