• Ensure that your Xbox console and device are both connected to the same network and that you have a reliable internet connection.
  
• Update your Xbox app and console to the most recent version. You may check for updates in either the app or the console settings.
  
• In the app, adjust your remote play settings to match your network speed and device capabilities. In the app, you may adjust the video quality, frame rate, and audio settings.
  
• Restart your Xbox system and device before attempting again.

Also, you don't have a way to change the setting of the Xbox Adaptive Controller on the cloud gaming with Android devices or Apple devices on the remote play or on the Xbox app.

Please, change your connection DNS.

Follow these steps:

Go to Profile and System > Settings

In the Settings menu, select General > Network settings.

Select the network you're connected to, then select Advanced settings > Manual

On the DNS field, input these:

Primary: 8.8.8.8

Secondary: 8.8.4.4

Save settings.
