xbox related problem

I have a suggestion that may be of help. We can try resetting the operating system of your console This troubleshooting step should be done just incase there is any issues in the software or settings of the Xbox one. Please, make sure you know your sign in credentials before proceeding, as you will have to resign into any accounts you use on the Xbox.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
   
2. Select Settings.
   
3. Select All Settings.
   
4. Select System.
   
5. Select Console info & updates.
   
6. Select Reset console.
   
7. Select Reset and keep my games and apps
   

You will not have to redownload any games or apps. You will only have to sign into your profile and re-set up your home console settings.

You do not give much information as to what you want from Ambass. and other players on the forums. What is the problem? Is it you cannot load or you cannot read the disc?

Can't load: Delete any autosaves or other saves that have become corrupted.

Well first, and most importantly, the account's birthday is set initially and can never be changed. Check to see the birthdate on the account here;
http://account.live.com right at the top of the screen.

If it is correct, and you are 18+ try clearing your browser history

1. open internet explorer
2. click the gear and select internet options
3. click delete and click delete again
4. close and reopen IE
5. try accessing the page again

Hmm, it does sound like a bit of a rock and a hard place, but I bet we can squeeze through!

• First off, if you have a console, or access to a console, please try downloading your own account. It should then ask you to accept the ToU with the parental account.
  
• If you recognize the account and know the password, then OK awesome you can skip down a couple steps.
  
• If you don't know the info for the account immediately, then we'll want to head to
  http://xbox.com/forgot, and use the steps their. Either way the goal is to be able to log into that parental account whatever it may be.
  
• Then, log into Xbox.com with your newly recovered parental account, accept the ToU there, which will free up your normal account.
  

We'll then be able to get your account promoted to an adult account and never have to worry about this again! Let me know if any of those steps misbehave for you, we'll keep working at it.
