Xbox registred to other account

My first question to you is: Do other people use your console?

If so, one of them may have registered the console already.

If not the case, I would check your registered devices by going to the follow page and then clicking "Registering your product" From there you can manage your devices. If you are still have issues I would refer you to contact Xbox support via chat or call.

Are you sure this was the gamertag you used to run the beta registration application?

Have any other gamertags that could have ran it on your console? I say this because they can only grant beta access to the account that first ran the beta registration application.

The xbox service only identifies the game pass, the other services such as ubsoft and EA do not have any registration in your Microsoft xbox account, only in EA and Ubfofot accounts.

To cancel your FanFest registration:

- Please go to https://www.xbox.com/en-US/community/fanfest

- Sign in to your account

- Scroll down and click on "Register for FanFest", this will bring you to a screen where you can edit your registration status (if already registered).

- Scroll down and click on "Cancel Registration", then click "Cancel Registration" again.

- Carefully read the cancelation terms as this can't be reversed without extra steps.

- If you are sure you want to cancel, click on "Yes, cancel my registration".
