Xbox registered to another account (preview)

Hello,

My friend invited me to the Xbox one preview program, I received the message with the launch app button but when I press it i am told my Xbox is registered to a different account. I have spoken to microsoft live chat who have asked me to post on this forum.

The preview program

I got a new xbox and when I tried to redownload the preview app it said the counsel (my new xbox) is registered to another account and I need help changing the registered console on the preview program. Also I cant find the preview program forums.

I have registered for the xbox preview program I have run the app but when I try to access it. It tells me my console is registered to another account. I have no other accounts for my xbox

Hi I was invited by my friend and downloaded the preview app but it says that my console is already registered to another account meaning I can't use it. My Xbox is preowned which explains the other account but on my Xbox system there is no trace of this
account. Can anyone help me and assist me in managing to register my account with the console in the preview problem thanks.

Hi my brother just recently sent me a invite to the xbox preview program but I accidentally registered my console over his account and now every time I go to register it gives me a error saying sorry this console is already registered to another account
