    Hi there, I just moved from China to Singapore with my xbox one. I bought it in China and with the services offered from China. Right I have moved to SG, I want to chang the service and region, so I can use my Xbox normally. But the device is totally blocked
    and I am stuck in China. Please help me to out of it!!

    just to be sure, does your actual location match the country region on your Microsoft account (Xbox account) and the country region on your console (device)?
    And does that region show as supported country on this page:

    I'm not sure if I understand the issue correctly but here is some information that might help you out.

    If you would like to check the current amount of money on your account, please log-in to
    This Website and click on "Billing" on the left. This will take you to a new page where you can check all of your
    Billing Information.

    If you would like to check your current region, please go to the
    Account Migration     page. Your current selected region should be set as standard.
