Xbox refusing to turn on and disc unable to be ejected

My Xbox is refusing to turn on. I tried unplugging the power source and everything, but it won't turn on. Plus, one of my games is still inside the console and with it not on, I can't get the Xbox to eject the game. I've been trying to contact the actual
microsoft agents, but since they changed the website, it's nearly impossible to do.

Edit:

The eject article worked for me, but the power supply works just fine. Even with another power supply, the xbox just refuses to turn on.

Hi there

Definitely follow that link above about manually ejecting the disk.

Alternatively try a different plug to the one you are using and see if perhaps the switch is faulty.

Do you have access to another power supply? Borrow one off a friend? It could be that has blown.

Did you do this while there was a disc inside?. Might want to check your disc for any damage. Glad to hear you solved the problem though .
