    Xbox Refuses to Sign In


    All day my Xbox has not been allowing me to sign in. I’ve restarted, and unplugged it several times to no avail. It always fails and says it should work again if I try again (error code is 0x80a30204). Network tests say my connection is all good, they’ve
    never confirmed it so fast in all my time using the system. Could anyone help?

    After competing the new security check/update login information xbox live refuses to sign in my account, and gives this error code, my xbox connects to the internet but wont let my account sign in online.

    please double check http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is showing there.

    Also check if there is an update available for the console via Settings - System

    If there are no account issues shown on that first link and the console is fully updated then try the following steps

    Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)

    Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
    Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

    Redownload your profile

    If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at

    I'm on wifi, my profile is on the same xbox and mine and one of my sisters accounts are just fine, its just a few that refuse to sign in

    Cannot log in to the PC game pass app.

    It's the Xbox (Beta) App on my PC. No error code shows up unfortunately. The app straight up refuses to take me to the sign on screen.

    I'll try that Xbox identity provider app for sure!

    I am still having the same issue, but with all of the causal games. I just upgraded to the most recent build of win 10 build 10074 and none of the games will sign in. I can sign in to xbox.com, the xbox app, and have authenticated everything I can, but
    the games still refuse to sign in.
