    Hello,

    Recently I have purchased the game 'Plague Inc evolved' instead of downloading the expansion (which is free) and thinking that I had to play as the diseases to unlock the expansion I spent over two hours trying to find out how to get to it and then realised I have bought the one selling for £10.99. And unfortunately my refund request has been denied, if getting it refunded it would be very helpful as my savings were put into the balance and now I have less than half of what I purchased for my balance. If you can possibly get the game refunded it would be highly appreciated.

    I was granted a refund last night for a in-app purchase but when I woke up now they took my money out of my acc.

    So EA granted you the refund, not Xbox? You did not sign in on the Xbox website and asked for a refund there? At https://xbox.com/refunds ?
