    Hi, I'm contacting you regarding all my refunds, reason why there are so many of them is because I have a 7 year old who has learned that he can buy v bucks with the phone. So I wonder if you have any way you can block, for example. must have a bank ID to be able to buy? Because it's starting to get pretty tiring to send refunds all the time and then maybe it looks a little weird so you don 't shut down my son's account or anything. Have a nice day! / Anton edit. He has lost all his skin that he bought with the v bucks. And should i be worried to get banned for purchases i cant stop.

    I was granted a refund last night for a in-app purchase but when I woke up now they took my money out of my acc.

    So EA granted you the refund, not Xbox? You did not sign in on the Xbox website and asked for a refund there? At https://xbox.com/refunds ?
