    The xbox.com/refund link is a DEAD END. There is no way to complete a refund request. Any tips on how to get an appropriate request though to MSFT?

    I was granted a refund last night for a in-app purchase but when I woke up now they took my money out of my acc.

    So EA granted you the refund, not Xbox? You did not sign in on the Xbox website and asked for a refund there? At https://xbox.com/refunds ?

    You should be able to request a refund on here, xbox.com/refund. Just make sure you refund the Xbox version.
