Xbox refund system.

I bought vanguard and didn't like the game when spending a couple hours in it but it says I haven't spent ANY time in it and just really want my money back, is there any way to get it to refund me my money

As states, reply to the email stating the issue with the game and to reconsider. That is the only way to appeal

You can request a refund for the game by signing in to https://xbox.com/refunds, from there you will see the transaction and you can then click "request a refund" on the side.

So no you don't qualify

It's not try and beat the game before you buy
