Xbox Refund Services

So I accidentally bought something and now want a refund. After I bought it at around 11:50, I checked my email, viewed the order and tried to get a refund. Last night it said that one of the support services were down and it showed a red circle with an
exclamation mark. It wouldn't let me refund. So this morning I checked my email for my order and tried for a refund again. Now it shows a green checkmark next to all services are available, but yet when I choose the refund button after selecting the item I
want to refund, it still says that support.xbox.com isn't available. Is this a glitch or are the xbox services down?

Sorry, but refunds are not offered for purchases made on the Xbox Live service.

Did you try the options of
Self Service Refunds? This allows you to return a digital game if you're returning it within 14 days of purchase and have not played it for more than 2 hours.

It involves going to account.microsoft.com, then go to your orders, and you should be able to see option for Refund, if that game is eligible for online refund. Else, have a chat with Xbox Support (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus/),
and they are really helpful.
