    XBOX REFUND NOT PROCESSED


    On 5/23/19 we called Microsoft xbox 1-800-642-7676 with regards to charges of $557.12 on credit card ending in
    [Mod Removed-PII] that were not authorized for the period of Jan to May 2019.

    Card was only for renewal of membership. We were told "no problem-they would take care of it". We waited and got no response We called again and this time was told to fill out the refund request form and send in. We did file a refund request claim on
    6/16/19 Case [Mod Removed-PII] and filled out the necessary refund claim with date, order # and amount and sent to xbox.com/refund.

    On 7/26/19 we called and followed up on status of refund- we were told they would check in to it. NOTHING another Claim
    [Mod Removed-PII]

    On 8/7/19 we called again to inquire to the status of the claim-they could not find it SO we started over again! We resubmitted everything again!

    Support Request [Mod Removed-PII].

    We are now at 9/3/19 and after checking with my credit card company-still NO CREDITS!!!

    We have sent requests on 2 occasions with no response so we are now going to you "Technical". Please advise what is being done with these claims?Please confirm receipt.

    Is Better Business Bureau my next step?

    So EA granted you the refund, not Xbox? You did not sign in on the Xbox website and asked for a refund there? At https://xbox.com/refunds ?
