    Xbox Refund - dream on!


    I've been trying to get a refund (which we have in writing) for 2 months from Xbox - I've spent hours and hours on the on-line chat 'support' - what a joke. The whole thing has been a nightmare, which is completely different to my experience with ITunes,
    who have acted quickly and refunded without a great drama. What the bloody hell is going on? Don't they make enough money already?

    Is there zero chance of getting a refund from marketplace games?

    It was bought by mistake, just wondering if a refund is just a pipe dream or not.

    Will Heavy Rain will be released for the xbox 360??

    Heavy Rain was made by Quantic Dream and published by Sony, it is unlikely to come to the Xbox as Sony possibly own some, if not all rights to the Heavy Rain IP as the Publisher.

    It is possible Quantic Dream could look to release it on Xbox but if they are, they haven't mentioned it.
