Xbox refund being denied?

Hey i'm trying to refund a game called Dark souls 3 I tried refunding it with the refund team but all i'm getting are automatic responses saying things like they do not refund digital games which have been played or consumed but i've heard that they do refund
digital games if they've been played under 2 hours within the first 14 days purchased if you're not happy with the quality of the content or it just doesn't run well ect. In my case my complaint was the framerate felt very choppy and I didn't want to play
the game on xbox as it didn't run well. I've been an xbox customer for 11 years but all i'm getting are automated responses denying my ONE refund request that i've had in my 11 years as an xbox customer. Is there anything anyone can do to help me with my situation
as the xbox refund team is not able to be contacted via phone and they don't respond to emails. The only thing I can think of is the fact that I have 45 gamer score from the achievements in dark souls 3. You get these achievements right away within 30 minutes
of the game so i'm wondering if there's any way to make an exception but it doesn't seem like it as the refund team doesn't even seem to read the emails at all.

unfortunately from the forums we cant access your account, all we can do is advise. if your request has been denied and you failed the requirements its unlikely you will get a refund on this one.

There is nothing anyone in the forums can do. Have you tried responding to the denial email that you received giving a full explanation of why you want the refund. Sometimes that helps.

Same issue. Someone from the Microsoft Support for Xbox denied me yesterday. Today, @XboxSupport tweets out that refunds have been issued to a "vast majority", but all I'm seeing in these threads are people who were denied for whatever reason.

Now because of being having the Request Denied on the Order History for Cyberpunk 2077, I cannot file another request for refund.

How are we going to get this resolved when @XboxSupport says one thing, but the people handling the refunds are denying the requests?

We were ALL cyberpunked.

I do apologize for the inconvenience, in regards to the refunds you would need to go through the

Refund Request Form being that the process for refunds has changed. Now in regards to the refund being denied, I just want to make sure that under your Order history you do see both transactions. If you see them both and the refund is getting denied I would
advise that you
Contact Xbox Customer Support and let them know the issue so this can get looked at by an Agent.
