    Xbox refound is disgusting me.


    Saw Hitman 2 on sale, bought it, saw that there where dlc's so i bought the Golden edition to find out that the main game was already included in the golden edition, the logical thing is just ask for a refound for the original version that i bought 5 minutes
    before.

    Sending a request with all the information, saying clearly that i got 2 of the same game.

    After 2 days got a respond by email saying that my resquest was denied and that it is because it is not admissible cause it dosent meet the conditions of sales ..

    Being confused of why they wouldnt allow a refound for quite a legitimate reason (bought the same game twice in 5 minutes) i replied to the email asking for more details of why they refused.

    All of it to get an other message 2 days later again with almost the same respond as the last time like if they havent even read what i sent them.

    Tryed again a 3rd time To get an other automated respond .

    Next day call costumer service to explain myself and try to find a way to get help, the guy was nice and understood the situation and aggreed that it dosent make sense that they wouldnt refound it and got me threw the process to file an other request of
    refound. All of this To get an other denial 3 days later and them too just repeat the same automated looking messafe every time i respond asking for details .

    What is this ridiculous way to handle customer, having no way to talk to a real person at the refound department and that the other customer service departments cant even patch you threw to them..

    I guess nobody can do a thing here either ?

    Nobody here can do anything.

    As mentioned above, the only way to get a refund is by applying for one. However, you bought two copies of the game. The onus is on the user to ensure they are buying the correct copy of the game. I can't see this being overturned due to your own negligence
    to fully research what you are buying. I know it's not a nice thing to say but it's the honest truth.

    Support is rhe only way you can have a chance. There are a lot of factors in getting a refund as well.

    no one here can do anything the best chance would be to try to call xbox or get on their live support to talk and see if they can help that way
