thank you for your advice. I did try on my xbox one, xbox app and weblink xbox.com as well. for xbox and xbox .com, i got error message as above. for xbox app I got another error message as below.

You can’t acquire this item in your currently selected language. Change your language region in Settings or go to microsoft.com//redeem.

be sure that the language selected on your console is the 'required' language. Also keep in mind that purchasing content from outside your physical location or your account region can result in issues like this.

Since it's an 360 game it might be caused by a difference in your account region and the code region itself.

If changing the language on the console (Xbox One) doesn't help then I suggest contacting Xbox Support by Phone or Microsoft Support Chat to see if they can determine the actual cause for this issue and perhaps they have a solution too.

The first error code 8007000B, when you’re trying to sign in to Xbox Live. The second code 807B01F4 is an error message that happens when you try to redeem a prepaid code or download content from Xbox Live, there’s a problem with your network setup, and

Try clearing your system cache ( system -> storage -> select your harddrive and press Y).
