    Xbox Redeem Code Problem


    Whenever I go to play Titanfall 2 on my Xbox, and I click the A button to sign in, it says Signing In, but It never does sign me in. Whenever I use a different account, it signs in in to Titanfall 2 just fine. Please help because ive made a lot of progress
    on Titanfall 2 with my account, and I wouldn't have to start over on another account.

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    Xbox Redeem Code Problem

    Try closing out of the game from the XBOX main menu by hovering over TF2 and clicking start and then quit. Then try to go back in. Any error messages?

    I had the same problem, the solution is to go to the microsoft official website and redeem the code there, the problem is from the xbox one in the option of "Redeem code 2".

    I had the same problem as you, try using the microsoft website and redeem your code there, looks like the problem comes from the xbox one, on the "redeem code 2" clickable part.
