    I have been trying to get some type of support now for a little over an hour now and the direction i fallowed shuld have been easier then this.... no help at all from this site,this angers me... i was trying to get help but now i just want a refund for Zombi

    it is just a image he hosted on a image hosting site and put the code for it in his signature Xbox, really! ;)

    I think Xbox Support is having a few issues.

    I requested a call back about 1 hour ago regarding a problem with downloading Borderlands from the Xbox Store.

    I received a call back, it says press 1 to speak to someone, all I get is "Invalid Option" ... so I hang up and since the first call I've received 5 more phone calls all with the same problem, this could get amusing lol

    Funny, I got a refund only a few months ago on a digital purchase. They are able to do it on the X1 because the licensing works differently. Once they revoke your license, even though you've already downloaded the game, it won't play anymore. I don't think
    that was true on the 360. The solution is to call 1-800-4MY-XBOX. They can help you on the phone.

    unfortunately the refund can only be done by calling the 1-800-4myxbox on your game but it is not something you can normally do.But i would recommend calling Xbox support

    I said as a rule,i didn't say they never give refunds.

    Abusing getting refunds will draw your account to the attention of the enforcement team as well.

    You will only get a refund if the game is broken.

    I got my refund because I accidentally purchased something. Game wasn't broken at all. I'm sure if you abuse it they will not be as willing to help, but for my one and only refund so far on the x1, it was absolutely no problem at all. They were very happy
    to help me.

    I have called support... how do you think i know that there is no record of it... when i use my account on my xbox to purchase something i would expect it to make it to their database almost instantly... especially if the funds have already come out of my

    If they have no record of the purchase then contact your banking institution and get your $10 back. Never heard of something like this occurring. I've seen charges "pending" and then returned to you if a purchase fails. Never have I seen a purchase just
    disappear as that's not really possible when a purchase is made there is a transaction number immediately associated with it.
