Xbox reading games

Our Xbox reads every game perfectly except Destiny and Forza Horizon - These two come up as disc unrecognisable. And oddly enough they didn't always do that they used to play fine. But these two games will play on our other Xbox. They are not scratched.
Infact we even went out and purchased a new copy of destiny just to double check. Why do they work on one but not the other? The consoles are exactly the same.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Not reading games

I got my Xbox One as a Christmas gift in 2016. I've now had it for about 7 months and it had no problems until about last week I tried playing Rainbow Six Siege and an error message popped up asking if I owned the game on disc etc. I thought id try another
game so I tried Call of Duty Black Ops 3 and it still didn't work. I unplugged everything and waited about 30 minutes then plugged it back in and it turned on and it went to my home screen then just froze. It didn't show any games/apps that it usually shows.
I did a hard reset on my Xbox and everything was fine for a couple of days except the occasional error message of no disc in. I held the power button for 10 seconds and then turned it back on and it would work again. This morning I turned it on and tried about
5 different disc games and none worked. There's no scratches on the discs or anything. I did another hard reset and it went to my home screen and showed no games/apps again. I unplugged everything and waited again but my Xbox still wouldn't read any games
at all. I've figured I should call Microsoft but I wanted to know if there was anything else that would help without me having to send my Xbox in for a few weeks. I've read everything and tried everything but nothing has helped.

 

Xbox one not reading games

So last week my XBONE stopped working all of a sudden (stuck on GSoD) after i got past that, the console stopped reading disks. I can still play KI no problem but now my physical games won't read. The "insert xbox one game" message comes out. Any help? I
really don't want to have to send it in

 

This can be problem with Xbox, that happens to me, with some games but if I try five or six times it works fine.
