    If Xbox was truly about inclusivity for people with disabilities, they would design a device to plug into XAC that has a touchpad/track surface. Then you could use your big toe to trace and click osurface to move one of the sticks. Have the click be a shift function until you click again to unshift, so you could run or hold your breath in FPS games & use Eliete controller to use a paddle to activate LB/LT. Perfect solution. Don't think Xbox is going to create this obvious device to help vast about of disabilities that inhibit people with functional loss that inhibits them. What would be a more common physical dissbility that prohibits people from gaming? You need another way to use a stick to game for 80-90% as efficient as a thumb. Only way is trackpad you use by tracing with a toe on it or a tiny thumbstick embedded into a device that goes on ground and has click function. The adaptive thumb stick is a joke, since you can't click or use to high degree with toe. Track pad w/click function is the only real solution. Let's see if Microsoft will invest in disabled gamers. .

    The controller is made with standard 3.5mm jacks as well as USB ports so that anyone can make the device you want. It was specifically designed for that. Logitech already makes an accessories pack for the XAC, and they make a lot of mice. Contacting them would probably be your best bet

    Microsoft made the hub, but they don’t make accessories. Logitech makes an entire kit of adaptive buttons, levers, etc. and as they also make mice in large numbers, it seems to me they’re the people to ask

    Will this work with XAC as substitute left stick?

    Perixx PERIPAD-501 Wired USB Touchpad, Portable Trackpad for Laptop and Desktop User, Black, Small Size (11284)? Need something similar that has touch surface to control direction of left stick and can click to shift on it.

    Microsoft makes plenty of accessories for the Xbox. Just none to help crippled people game.
