XBox Randomly Powers On, Then No Signal

Discus and support XBox Randomly Powers On, Then No Signal in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; My XBox recently started powering on randomly.     XBox Randomly Powers On, Then No Signal


    My XBox recently started powering on randomly. Once this happens, no HDMI signal is sent to the TV. I've tried powering it off, unplugging it, etc but nothing brings it back. I finally tried moving it to another TV & it did work, but after turning it off,
    it powered itself back on about a half an hour later & not won't send a signal again. Does this need to be sent in for repairs? It's only about 6 months old.

    Xbox 360 slim not working

    Powers up and green light comes on in center ( no light on the ring) but controller will not connect. also get " no signal" on tv.

    After New Experience update, Xbox will not turn off my projector.

    I have this exact same issue, but with an Epson projector. The problem can be resolved if you disable the instant on function. I believe the issue is the fact that the xbox sends the first power signal, then cuts the hdmi signal, then sends the second power
    signal. When the hdmi signal is cut, it cancels out the first power signal, making me press power on the projector remote once to get it all the way off.

    It is set to 60hz thats the thing it displays fine but randomly when I'm playing it will go to the black screen, its receiving a signal because the game is still running and the monitor isn't saying it has no signal. Would the offical xbox vga HD av cable
    be the best option instead of this?

    If we may ask, have you tried resetting your internal power supply? If not yet, follow these steps:

    • Unplug the power cord from the console.
    • Wait 10 seconds.
    • Plug the cord back into the console, and then press the Xbox button on the front of the console.

    xbox powers on but no signal is detected

    Im sorry to hear your having some issues, ive had similar problems before through using two hdmi cables as i was using a capture card and sometimes i lose my input, however it has usually been fix by unplugging the hdmi and inserting it again from side
    that goes in the capture card port to the tv. Hope you get to the bottom of this that is a simple fix.
