Xbox Randomly Disconnects

Every 15-30 minutes, my Xbox 360 will disconnect from live and then I can instantly sign in again after. I can play Xbox One just fine but for some reason the 360 is disconnecting frequently. My internet doesn't go down when live disconnects. I'm at a standstill.
I just want to play Le Xboxerino.

Things you have tried: Resetting all hardware, putting a wireless adapter in Slim and using default one that's built in, forwarding ports, putting Xbox into DMZ mode, disabling UPnP, updating router firmware, redownloading profile, clearing system cache.

Problem with controller

Both of my controllers are also disconnecting randomly

FIFA is the main game affected suffered 10 disconnects in one half!

I do have my xbox in the next room so not sure what the range of the controllers are

Have 2 controllers and both have started to randomly disconnect which they have never done before. Maybe some outside interference or something is wrong with the Xbox ?

May I ask, have you tried to connect your console with an Ethernet cable?

I can't as my xbox and router are in a separate room. I don't have this problem with my Xbox One, though and that's wireless. And that is my only router, yes.

traffic and it seems that your One version is taking first place in this competition.

The Technicolor- TC8305C may have some difficulties, supporting multiple console support, because it may not consistently work without NAT issues.

Can you access the TC8305C's web-utility interface and make sure the firewall is set to Low, or try disabling the firewall altogether.

Since you connect at least two Xbox's to this router, I strongly suggest that you turn off Port Forwarding and DMZ and keep UPnP ticked enable. UPnP, or automatic Port Forwarding, should be the only feature turned on, to handle automatic port mapping between
two, or more, Xbox's.

Also, make sure you restore both console's network settings to factory defaults, to issue new IP configuration from the DHCP server and leave your console's network settings to automatic obtain IP settings from the DHCP server on your router.

No, I am able to get both NAT's open. I don't play both at the same time anyways though. Having an Open NAT is not the issue at hand. It's the disconnects. My firewall has always been set to low too. I've tried all kinds of combinations of disabling upnp,
dmz, etc.

 

An open NAT is no guarantee that this behavior will be consistently open for each endpoint on your network.

Can you see if your router support DHCP reservation, or IP reservation. If so, setup both console's to have their IP address reserved in the DHCP of your router. Before you setup this, make sure you reserv a unique IP outside of the DHCP's dynamic IP pool
range.

Is there any chance you can try with a wired solution?

 

Same issue,same modem/router combo except that mine is hard wired. Called support,they provisioned and pinged the router helped for one game then back to disconnect. Cant stay in party or on live

Both Xbox's have a separate IP. I have been playing on my Xbox One for the last 2 days and no disconnects at all. I cannot try to use a wired solution.

 

i try all of 10 solution in support.xbox.com/.../random-disconnect-solution , But i still have the same problem !!!

we are not a few peopel ho have this problem recently !

Is your wireless router configured in 'b/g/n' mode, or only 'n' and which wireless channel are you using?
