    Xbox randomly disconnects from Xbox Live... Help!?!?


    Hello! My Xbox recently (yesterday) started disconnecting from Xbox Live every 3-5 minutes. This happens on games and the dashboard, but not whilst I'm on Youtube. This has really confused and annoyed me as I really want to play GTA Online again and now
    it has just started happening. It has happened before and it didn't stop so I left my Xbox alone. My router is a BtHub3 and my modem (I think) is a BT Openzone? I can run a test and provide all details if needed and before you ask wired is fine but I cant
    wire it up anymore, so it isn't an option. It isn't my Xbox/Network Adapter because I have been on other networks with it. Help please!

    Xbox controller sync problems

    My controllers won't stay sync to my Xbox. They disconnect randomly while I am playing a game and when they do, it disconnects me from Xbox live. This has been going on for a long time please help.

    Hello,

    Over time some minor faults can develop. XBOX do have a step by step guide to narrow it down. The steps to try can be found here:

    support.xbox.com/.../random-disconnect-solution

    Maybe try a Network reboot. Here is a great XBOX video thats easy to follow:



    As the cause can be a vast array of things there is no sure fire answer. Hopefully this helps.
