    Xbox Quests Take Months


    So I did the Xbox Quest for February and it was in April when I actually received my reward: 1 month of Xbox Live Gold for free. It took nearly TWO MONTHS. So, I did the one for April as well. It hasn't shown up yet. Is there anything I can do to make it
    happen sooner? Because 2 months is a little ridiculous for a 10 dollar membership that I already buy anyway.

    Rewards for the Xbox Live Quests are delivered within a month after those quests end - if you still haven't seen your quest reward for February by the end of March, please reach back out and make a new thread and we'll be happy to take a closer look with

    Technically it should be in the sales and promotions forum, but support does check here too so they will respond. So it's not a big deal.

    Per the quest terms, prizes are given within the following month. So it is still a little too early to have gotten anything for April. Unfortunately there is no way to get them any sooner, but if you don't see them by the end of the month, you'll want to
    post in the sales and promotions forum.

    Sorry, wasn't sure which one to put it in. But thanks for telling me. Also why would it still be late as I said with the February quest? It was within the second month after.

    Sorry, wasn't sure which one to put it in. But thanks for telling me. Also why would it still be late as I said with the February quest? It was within the second month after.
