    XBOX Quests rewards redemption


    Welp, here I am again, another post about how 27 days later, I have still yet to receive a response or reply for my previous post. I have yet to receive the Quest rewards for both January and February. Will XBOX respond? Will they fix an obviously lackluster
    method of redeeming a program they put in place? Find out here, folks!

    Did not receive my rewards points for Xbox Gold

    The Xbox Rewards program has not had any gold giveaways lately. If this was from the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

    If it was from one of the Xbox quests or another promotion from the console's dashboard, you would need to post in the sales and promotions forum for assistance.

    Thank you for reaching out to us. We have escalated your account to the proper teams for the January quests please let us know if you see any change on your end in the near future.

    As for the February quests, quests rewards will always be set out after 30 days from the end of the questing period.

    If you do not see those rewards by the first of April please let us know!

    The rewards program generally does not issue codes. If this was from one of the quests on the console itself, you would need to post in the sales and promotions forum. It's best if you can post what the code is from and from what promotion too.

    If It's a code from the Microsoft Rewards program, you'll need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

    How do Xbox gold quests work?

    The quests that i know of are the Xbox game pass quests, the Xbox Live gold quests, they work a bit like the game pass quests, and then there are the Microsoft rewards quests, which are pretty similar to how the xbox live rewards quests worked. You purchase
    certain games or films, and then you get so many points on your account for doing it.
