Xbox Quests Progress

When attempting to view my progress in the Xbox Quests promotion it directs you to go to your Xbox Live Gold under the community tab, when I navigate to this site it prompts me to join Xbox Live Gold even though I already have a 12 month Gold subscription
through the Microsoft Rewards program. I also can't seem to see my progress on my console. It seems as if you should be able to see your progress and I find it strange that it's prompting me to join gold when I'm already a member, I've also seen a number of
similar posts, and I spoke with customer service this morning with no helpful resolution. Many people seem to be under the false impression that this is an Xbox Live Rewards promotion, which it is not. I would like to know how to view my progress and if there's
some sort of issue for people who have prepaid subscriptions. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

How are players supposed to know if they are having issues or are even making progress. I would like to request that Xbox makes it possible for a person to know the progress of their quests.

Xbox Quest FAQ. As it mentions, we're tracking quests appropriately but there currently isn't a method for you to check your progress. Thanks a ton for your patience and understanding.

Hi there VoltaicBeet1938, thank you for reaching out.

The proper team is investigating an issue with the functionality of the Xbox Quest tracking page. However, quests were still tracked accurately prior to the existence of that tracking site so as long as you're completing all your Xbox Quests, you should
be good to go.

We will follow-up with you when we have updates on this to share and we do appreciate your patience with this as it is being looked into further
