Xbox quests not being rewaeded

so I've completed December through February quests but never received and rewards. Not sure why

Xbox Live Quests Not being tracked properly

For this months xbox live quest it states that for logging in 10 days, playing fornite for 30 minutes five times, and downloading 2 games from this months “Games with Gold”. On my quest tracker it shows 100% completion for logging in and playing fortnite,
but still shows 0% for downloading games even though ive downloaded both the assassins creed and supermega baseball games that were available this month. Id really appreciate some help ive already gone through 3 support people that havent had access to the
information that i need help with.

We appreciate you reaching out to us. We recommend checking to make sure that your account hasn't been messaged with the reward on your console. For the February quest, the rewards are still be delivered through this month. We recommend giving the reward
some time to be delivered and get back to us if it's still missing by next month. For any of the rewards that you haven't already received and you qualify for, we recommend checking your messages in the coming days. Thank you for your patience.
