Xbox Quests May

I'm still having issues with the Monthly Quests for May, I have completed the first 2 quests (log in for 10 days and play fortnite for 30 minutes) which both show 100% but the last quest which is download 2 games from xbox gold which I have downloaded 4
free games this month but it still shows 0%, i spoke to the support team and they are not aware of this problem even though many people have reported this same issue and still no one has done anything about this, you can't say we are going to receive a reward
if it doesn't allow us to complete the last challenge, and you still haven't done anything about this even with all the people posting on the forums.

This needs to be fixed, I have the exact same issue.

 

I made a similar post to this and a staff member responded that they are looking into the issue. The problem has been resolved since then for me.

 

what did you do to resolve this, did you reinstall the games or something?
