Xbox quests January and February rewards not received

I did what needed to be done for January and February to get my reward and I have not received my rewards.

Have not received rewards for XBox quests for the months of December, January, or February.

As far as February goes rewards are sent out within 12 to 30 days from end of the questing period, so if you do not see them by the 1st of April please let us know!

For January, can you confirm for us that you have completed 5 Achievements during January 2018?

 

For the quests I logged in a lot more than 3 times on Xbox mobile app. I played way over 10 hours on Xbox live. On January 22, 2018 I unlocked 12 achievements alone on the game back to the future:the game -30th anniversary edition. As well as many more
on that game in the month as well unlocked achievements on call of duty: wwII.
