    Xbox Quests | I have a few questions


    Hello, I have a few questions about xbox quests (Xbox Quests | Xbox)

    First off, I completed last month's xbox quest on my xbox one, and I have yet to receive any email or notification about the mystery prize I was promised if I wasn't the lucky person to win the samsung tv.

    Here's my questions:

    1). Why haven't I been notified about the results of the contest/promotion

    2). Have the results not been determined yet?

    3). Why can't we see how far we have gotten in the xbox quest so we know for certain that we have completed it? I totally overkilled last month's xbox quest, so I think I'm going to start having to write my stats down on paper.

    I'm not complaining, I would just like to stay informed. Thank you for reading and for your awesome support!

    Hey guys, I have a few questions regarding my account. I recently go the new Call of Duty entitled Advanced Warfare. I also purchased the season pass. See I was banned from Xbox 2 weeks ago for supposedly 'hacking.' I made a new account and accidentally
    entered my season pass on my 2nd account. It loaded 60 dollars into my account. Is there a way I can get this switched? I need the money in my primary account. I also went to the menu to purchase the season pass and it wont let me buy it with money in my account.
    It says I need to add billing info. I just want to buy it with prepaid money cards. I really appreciate the help. Please get back to me ASAP!

    I can't answer everything, but prizes from those offer are sent out within the next month. Since it's only the 3rd, it may be too early for you to have received anything yet. If you don't receive anything by the end of November, you'd want to post back here.
