    Xbox Quest Rewards never received my reward for October


    I did all the requirements and never got anything from Xbox as a promised incentive for completing the objectives, 1. Join 3 groups 2. Log in X amount of days out of the month. 3. Get an achievement for 4 different games. (I finished the quest like 15 days
    into the month of October.)

    November is well into the Month and haven't received anything in regards to the completion of Octobers Quest Rewards. I was directed by Carla H. of Xbox Support.

    October Xbox Quests-NO REWARD

    I participated in the October Xbox Quests and still never received my "guaranteed reward". Help?

    Xbox monthly quests, never received rewards

    Could I get an Xbox support member to answer this request. Since October, I've never received rewards for completed quests.

    Apologies for the delayed response here. We were able to determine you have already received October's Game Pass Goals and Xbox Quest rewards. Please take a look in your Xbox Live message inbox and look for a conversation with 'Xbox Live'. If you don't see those
    messages, let us know!

    As mentioned earlier, November Quest rewards are still going out in waves.

    Hello!

    Rewards are typically not sent for a few weeks after the end date the quest. If it was for the September quest, you would receive before the end of October.

    I'm still waiting on my Xbox quest reward as well. Quest ended in October and it's been over a month.

    Hey there,

    Is this in regards to the Xbox Quest or the Game Pass Goals? That will help us know where to look first. For November rewards, those will continue to go out in waves until 12/31/17. If you don't receive your November rewards by that date, please post a new
    thread letting us know.
