Xbox Quest Reward issue

Discus and support Xbox Quest Reward issue in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I have two issues that hopefully someone can look into.     Xbox Quest Reward issue


    I have two issues that hopefully someone can look into. First, I have not recieved any "mystery prize" for November from completing the Xbox Quests. Second, yesterday I recieved a mystery reward for my completion of December's Xbox Quests but the problem
    is that in the terms and conditions it states that the minimum ARV of the Mystery Prize is $10, however, I only recieved a $5 digital Xbox Live Gift Card.

    Any help is appreciated. Thanks for your time.

    Xbox Gold Quest issue

    I completed February's Xbox rewards quests but did not received any message from Xbox Live yet. Last time when i completed the quests i received the rewards on 14th for the next month but nothing this month till now. What's the issue?

    Hey GuitarMetalhed! We do not have the ability on the forums to speculate on rewards that are given as they can differ. For more info on your November reward, please check your Xbox Live messages. Thanks!

    Xbox Gold Quests for September 2018 rewards not received.

    This wasn't a Microsoft Rewards issue, it was an Xbox Live Gold Quests thing. Not related to MS Rewards.

    Quest not working

    Quests and Xbox Rewards are 2 separate things. If you're having issues with quests, you'll need to post in the sales and promotions forum. If you're having issues with the Xbox Rewards program, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum.
    You'll also want to post more details of the issue you are having in order to receive proper assistance.

    Hey Mozzabin thanks for taking the time to bring this issue to us!

    As stated on our
    Xbox Game Pass Quest FAQs    :

    Don’t worry! Microsoft is tracking the Quest activities and will reward users appropriately if all Quests are completed.

    Also:Your reward will be sent to you through Xbox Message Center in the following month.

    So in short, we are keeping track, and all rewards earned will be sent out just give it a bit of time. Hope that helps but feel free to let us know if we can further assist in this or any other issue or inquiry!

    Sea of thieves Microsoft rewards time to party is not working and other game pass quests not giving credit.

    A lot of us are experiencing Game Pass quest issues. I can't get the Play Game Pass daily to work, but all other quests work. I've submitted the issue to Feedback Hub, Windows Key + F, Microsoft Rewards and to Xbox Support. They appear to be aware of the
    issues with Game Pass quests, but they are backed up right now and we all have to be patient.
