Xbox Quest progress

Hi,

I went on the official
Xbox Quest page and saw a new link, "CHECK YOUR QUESTS PROGRESS HERE" and decided to check it out as this is a feature i have been hoping
for since the program launched. However, whenever i select the link, i end up with an error message:

"Ineligible

Oops! Sorry about that! It looks like you’re not eligible for this program. We appreciate your interest though!"

I'm trying to find out what might be causing this. I currently have a Xbox Live subscription the ends on 2/8/2019 and Xbox Game Pass subscription that ends 12/13/2018.

For details on how the Xbox Quest progress works, check out this
Xbox Quest FAQ. As it mentions, we're tracking quests appropriately but there currently isn't a method for you to check your progress. Thanks a ton for your patience and understanding.

The proper team is investigating an issue with the functionality of the Xbox Quest tracking page. However, quests were still tracked accurately prior to the existence of that tracking site so as long as you're completing all your Xbox Quests, you should
be good to go.

We will follow-up with you when we have updates on this to share and we do appreciate your patience with this as it is being looked into further
